Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and active market research in the LA area.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective clients to showcase our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
