Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets in Minneapolis and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at mid-sized enterprises
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive prospecting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and forecast revenue
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record in B2B technology or SaaS sales
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to travel 40-50% within Minnesota and neighboring states
