Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships through in-person prospecting and networking across Colorado Springs
- Present product demonstrations to commercial clients in outdoor recreation, construction, and hospitality sectors
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 15+ face-to-face client meetings weekly
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute localized campaigns and territory strategies
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline tracking and performance analytics
- Participate in quarterly regional sales conferences and team training initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle for daily travel across territory
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in outdoor, industrial, or construction sales highly desirable
