Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with local businesses in the Mesa metro area
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through face-to-face meetings
- Develop customized solution presentations demonstrating ROI
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic territory management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
