Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business clients through targeted field visits and cold outreach
- Develop customized solutions for clients in healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client retention rate
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute regional trade shows and events
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with documented track record
- Proven ability to close 6-figure deals in competitive markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 40% of time within Missouri/Kansas region
- Experience with SaaS or industrial product sales preferred
