Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets across Fresno and surrounding counties
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new business through cold calling, networking events, and industry referrals
- Present tailored product demonstrations and solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, pipeline, and forecast accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience in B2B solutions or technology
- Documented track record of exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annual preferred)
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with executive presence
- Ability to travel 60% of time across assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Familiarity with Fresno market and business landscape a plus
