Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking and cold outreach
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to B2B clients across El Paso
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and activity reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with trackable revenue growth
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with consultative approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Experience in B2B sales cycles and contract negotiation
