Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Prospect and engage new clients through cold calls, networking events, and referrals
- Present customized product demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing team on localized campaign initiatives
- Submit weekly activity reports using Salesforce CRM
- Attend quarterly sales conferences and training workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with measurable results
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 60-70% within assigned territory
