Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage with new B2B clients across Jacksonville and surrounding territories
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Present product solutions through customized demonstrations and value-based proposals
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person visits and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and forecast pipeline accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong B2B sales background in technology or industrial solutions preferred
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with C-level executives
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience highly valued)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills for market research and competitive analysis
