Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new enterprise clients across San Jose Bay Area
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Present tailored solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client success
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and forecast pipeline accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B outside sales experience with SaaS or enterprise solutions
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expert knowledge of consultative selling methodologies and complex deal cycles
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client meetings
