Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business clients across the Dallas metroplex
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration
- Present complex technical solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and activity targets
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
