Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business relationships within San Antonio's thriving commercial landscape
- Present tailored solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers across diverse industries
- Execute multi-channel sales strategies including cold outreach, networking events, and digital engagement
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and sales pipeline reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of documented outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of San Antonio's business ecosystem and key industries
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation preferred
