Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new clients within assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track sales activities using CRM software and provide weekly reports
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time
