Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person sales meetings with high-value clients throughout Philadelphia and Texas markets
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize weekend market penetration
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with digital team to integrate online leads with weekend field strategies
- Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline reporting
- Represent company at weekend industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with documented commission achievements
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to close deals independently
