Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the San Francisco metro area and surrounding regions.
- Conduct high-energy, face-to-face sales presentations to potential clients to demonstrate product value.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to closing and account retention.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and target high-value leads.
- Travel within the local area to meet clients and attend industry networking events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based sales roles.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel within San Francisco.
- Demonstrated ability to work a weekend schedule while maintaining high performance standards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven with a hunger for financial growth and career advancement.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
