Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-value prospects in Charlotte, NC and Virginia markets
- Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans with 15+ weekly client meetings
- Close complex deals with 6-8 month contract cycles
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Collaborate with product teams to refine client solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K annually in quota
- Expertise in enterprise sales cycles (>$50K deals)
- Strong negotiation skills and objection-handling mastery
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Ability to travel 30% across NC/VA territories
- UNC Charlotte or Duke alumni preferred
