Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to potential clients and existing customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (travel required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
