Responsibilities
- Generate new business through strategic prospecting and cold outreach during weekend shifts
- Develop customized solutions to address client needs across multiple verticals
- Present product demonstrations and close deals with minimal supervision
- Maintain CRM records with 100% accuracy and update pipeline weekly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consistent weekend activity
- Conduct territory analysis to identify untapped market opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical skills for territory management
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
