Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our premium services/products to potential clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing the deal and account onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, telesales, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based role.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the Night Shift schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and a resilient, tenacious attitude.
