Role Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting our premium solutions to decision-makers, and closing deals. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and a hunter mentality.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Utilize CRM tools and outbound calling strategies to identify and qualify new potential clients within the Greater Boston area.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our value proposition and secure new contracts.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and opportunities for upselling.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and support teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (local travel is essential).
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is a strong plus.
