Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person sales presentations to commercial prospects across San Diego County
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver customized solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using Salesforce CRM
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of San Diego's commercial landscape and business sectors
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling B2B solutions in energy/tech industries preferred
