Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business clients across Texas territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet/exceed targets
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with documented success
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with executive-level clients
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
