Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate new business leads.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to manage leads, track interactions, and update client records.
- Present product demos and clearly articulate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Overcome objections and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in daily sales huddles to align on goals and share best practices.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ambition to learn and a strong desire to earn an uncapped income.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive, energetic personality.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
