Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT criteria and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Present product solutions to decision-makers via virtual demos
- Collaborate with Account Executives to close complex deals
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with 100% activity compliance
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools (e.g., Gong, Chorus)
- Ability to work PST hours for East Coast collaboration
