Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to B2B prospects in tech and healthcare sectors
- Qualify leads using Salesforce CRM and convert 15+ appointments weekly
- Present tailored solutions through virtual demos and consultative selling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets
- Document all interactions in CRM with 100% data accuracy
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to refine sales approaches
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or SaaS experience required
- Expertise in objection handling and consultative selling techniques
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, results-driven environments
