Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers entering the store during night hours, providing exceptional service to drive sales.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with local clients to ensure repeat business and high retention rates.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Inventory Oversight: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing displays, and ensuring the store environment is pristine.
- Lead Generation: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure a seamless transition of information and customer care.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
