Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to warm and cold leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and service overtures to potential clients with a focus on value and ROI.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent client communication.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize the lifetime value of our client base.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivation to drive results without direct supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM software quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales experience is a plus but not required (we train winners).
- A positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a hunger to earn top-tier income.
