Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline within our Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven outside sales experience (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong ability to work the Night Shift (typically 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) with high energy and focus.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial growth and career advancement.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
