Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the Milwaukee market.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, personalized product demos to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions and ROI.
- Deal Closure: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for ongoing support and upselling.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help refine our sales strategies and product offerings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our Salesforce platform, ensuring pipeline visibility for the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven success in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer success roles.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on active listening and persuasive storytelling.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain high energy levels throughout the sales process.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets; comfortable working in a high-commission structure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in a sales environment.
