Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert leads through phone outreach, digital channels, and in-person meetings
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Manage client relationships and upsell premium products/services
- Document sales activities in CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless handoffs and client continuity
- Attend weekly sales training to refine techniques and product knowledge
- Report performance metrics to sales leadership bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience with verifiable commission track record
- Proven ability to close deals in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
