Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, providing product recommendations and exceptional service.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and receiving shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
