Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales campaigns and handle inbound leads during night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Qualify prospective clients and convert them into long-term account holders using a consultative sales approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and deal status.
- Identify and assess the needs of clients to recommend the best solutions and services.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuous client support.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts with high energy and resilience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on persuasion.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting performance goals.
- Reliable internet connection and computer hardware if working remotely.
