- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Inventory Control: Assist with restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store standards throughout the shift.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction with all services provided.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day shift staff to ensure seamless operations and store continuity.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all store policies regarding safety, theft prevention, and cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with POS systems and computer applications.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
