Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend products/services that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a professional store appearance.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance to the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience (retail or B2B) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive, friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
