Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified leads in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales data in our CRM.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless client transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting goals.
