Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that meet their requirements.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and store policies.
