Responsibilities
- Execute High-Volume Outreach: Conduct 50-80+ outbound calls and emails daily to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Consultation: Engage potential clients to understand their unique needs and present tailored solutions that drive value.
- Deal Closing: Persuade prospects to move forward with our services, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities within our Salesforce CRM system.
- Performance Analysis: Review daily call metrics and adjust strategies to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in nightly huddles and share best practices with the night shift team to foster a supportive culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to set, track, and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
