Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly and professionally to drive sales and increase average transaction value.
- Manage the sales floor efficiently during night operations, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, process transactions accurately, and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting processes.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
