Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly upon arrival and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing.
- Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security checks, and cash handling.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
