As a Night Shift Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our 24/7 operations, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service and products while maintaining our high standards of accuracy and speed.
Responsibilities
- Execute Sales Transactions: Process high-volume sales orders and transactions accurately and efficiently during the night shift hours.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, checking, and stocking of inventory to ensure shelves and storage areas are organized and fully stocked.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital records of sales, returns, and inventory discrepancies using our proprietary CRM systems.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks to ensure all products meet quality standards before being shipped or delivered.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition and continuous workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or warehouse operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
