Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and client networking to identify sales opportunities.
- Close sales deals by demonstrating product knowledge, addressing client objections, and negotiating terms.
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce/SAP) in real-time.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies that improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup if remote.
