Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls and emails during the night shift.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
