Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and resolving any issues efficiently during night hours.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns or exchanges.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift staff to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Security: Monitor store activity to ensure safety and security protocols are followed throughout the night shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
