The Role:
As a Night Shift Sales Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales through consultative selling techniques. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, articulate, and ready to represent our brand during evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and online platforms during evening hours.
- Sales Execution: Present product and service offerings, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to the sales management team.
- Documentation: Accurately record all client interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, sales regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or similar).
