Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and manage a high-volume pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and meetings during the night shift.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets consistently.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate CRM data entry.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless client transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
