Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified leads in the Greater Boston metropolitan area.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to maximize sales conversion.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Log all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless customer handovers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a call center or B2B environment.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
