Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Close sales and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain clients and build brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting performance goals.
