Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate new leads across the Tampa and Texas markets.
- Close deals over the phone and email, focusing on high-ticket retention and acquisition.
- Manage client relationships and ensure 100% customer satisfaction during night hours.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C) is preferred.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
