Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls during night shifts.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using CRM software.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Handle complex customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated during night shifts.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
