Responsibilities
- Execute sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Greet customers warmly, providing superior service and product recommendations.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a pristine sales floor environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with inventory management, stock receiving, and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company security protocols, loss prevention measures, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid state ID.
